TAKE NOTICE, that on the 12th day of May, 2025, at 7:00 pm. Regular Meeting, the Borough of Berlin Planning/Zoning Board at 59 S. White Horse Pike, Berlin, NJ. 08009 on the appeal or application of the undersigned for a variance or other or relief so as to permit:

Installation of a 4 ft. high two-post split rail fence in the side yard of a corner lot, closer to the street than normally allowed by ordinance.

On the premises located at:

4 Washington Ave

And designated as Block 1401 Lot 1 on the Berlin Borough Tax Map.
